I talk to Tricia about some of the challenges of our profession when it comes to diversity and we have a great discussion about exposing our children to philanthropy.
Tricia is so very well spoken — her passion for the fundraising profession is so obvious to anyone who has the pleasure of talking to her.
I would encourage people to select nonprofits whose cause you really resonate with. When you’re able to talk about what you’re fundraising for from the heart, it really comes through.
