I must admit that I am a huge fan of Lynne. Her books are pure gold and her sense of humour comes through to all who read them.
People oftentimes aren’t listening to what their donors are saying. So they’re listening for things about money, or listening to things about giving and not listening to what the donor needs and what are the key influencers in the donors life.
