Cuckoo is a generous businessman, who had the distinction of being awarded the “Outstanding Individual Philanthropist” by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Ottawa Chapter in 2017.
l have yet to see one government hospital being built by donations. It just doesn’t happen. They don’t seem to follow that system that we have in the western world where people come together to build a hospital in the community — to supplement the government.
