It was timely to talk about charities in a post-COVID era. I honestly believe that many charities could be in for a rude awakening, based on Lisa’s observations.
I see it [fundraising] as completely changing. I see it as breaking up and being put back together again… The older, more entrenched fundraisers, especially at big institutions — and sometimes at smaller shops — are just not going to change.
